16. Powers of Board

16.1The Board has all such powers as are conferred by this constitution, the Act or the Skills Development Levies Act

 

16.2The Board must ensure that SASSETA performs the functions contemplated in clause 8.

 

16.3The Board must ensure that SASSETA complies with the Act, the Skills Development Levies Act, the Public Finance Management Act and any other applicable law.
