15. Filling of vacancies

15.1If a vacancy occurs, the Board must as soon as practicable request the nomination of a replacement from the relevant chamber to fill the vacancy.

 

15.2Any person appointed to fill a vacancy in terms of this clause shall fill the vacancy for the unexpired duration of the original member's term of office.
