10. Parties to the CETA

10.1The respective parties to the CETA are listed in "Annexure 6" of this Constitution. These include:
10.1.1organised employers, including small business;
10.1.2Organised labour;
10.1.3Government departments, government agencies and/or statutory institutions; and
10.1.4built environment professional bodies;

 

10.2The CETA may, subject to the provisions of the Act, recognise additional organised employers, organised labour, government departments or professional bodies which apply for recognition, if it is satisfied that such recognition will make the CETA more representative of the parties in the sector.
