Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act No. 97 of 1998)

Expressions and definitions in these Regulations have the same meanings as they have in the Act, unless contrary intention appears:

"Accounting Authority"

means the board or other controlling body of the SETA;

"CEO"

means the Chief Executive Officer of the SETA, as appointed in terms of the constitution of the respective SETA; and

"the Act"

means the Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act 97 of 1998).
