1.1The purpose of this Constitution is to:
1.1.1Provide for the Constitution of the Information Systems (IT), Electronics and Telecommunications Technologies Authority;
1.1.2Provide an institutional framework to implement national, sector, and workplace strategies;
1.1.3Develop and improve the skills of employees and future employees in the Information Systems (IT), Electronics and Telecommunications Technologies sectors;
1.1.4connected therewith.
