15. Written instructions to the SETA

15.1If the Minister issues a written instruction to the SETA in terms of section 14A of the Act the Council must—
15.1.1comply with the instruction; or
15.1.2request the Minister to extend the period for complying or revise the terms of the instruction.

 

15.2If the Minister directs the SETA, in terms of section 14A(5) of the Act, to institute disciplinary proceedings against any employee, the Executive Committee must take the necessary steps to institute disciplinary proceedings against the employee.
