7. Limitation of liability

7.1No member, office bearer, representative w employee of SASSETA shall be liable for any of the obligations and liabilities of SASSETA solely by virtue of his or her status as a member, office bearer, representative or employee.

 

7.2No member, office bearer, representative or employee of SASSETA shall in anyway be personally liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the execution or non execution, in good faith, of the member’s, office bearer's, representative's or employee's duties and powers under this constitution. Such members, office bearers, representatives or employees will be indemnified by SASSETA for such loss or damage.
