Chapter Six : Committees

32.1The standing committees of the Board are:
32.1.1the Learnership Committee;
32.1.2the ETQA Committee;
32.1.3the Sector Skills Planning Committee;
32.1.4the Finance Committee; and
32.1.5the Audit Committee.

 

32.2The chairperson and the deputy chairperson are ex-officio members of committee of the Board.

 

32.3The Board may establish any other standing or ad hoc committees that it deems necessary for the effective functioning of the SASSETA and may determine its composition, duties and functions.
