Chapter Five : Executive Committee

31.1The Executive Committee may refer matters to a committee of the SASSETA for the committee’s advice.

 

31.2The Executive Committee may not decide questions of general policy.

 

31.3The Executive Committee may act on behalf of SASSETA in an emergency and must in such event, report its actions and the reasons for the actions as soon as possible to the Board for ratification.
