27. Removal of office bearers

27.1The Board may remove an office bearer for:
27.1.1being absent from three consecutive meetings of SASSETA without good cause or the prior submission of an apology;
27.1.2any conduct that may undermine the integrity of SASSETA or which may bring SASSETA or any of its members into disrepute;
27.1.3serious misconduct;
27.1.4any violation of the Code of Conduct; or
27.1.5any material violation of this Constitution
