Chapter Eight : Executive Officer

41. Functions

41.1The executive officer must perform such functions as may be assigned to the executive officer by the Act or by the Governing Board.

 

41.2If the executive officer is absent or for any reason is unable to perform the functions entrusted to him or her, or there is a vacancy in office of the executive officer, the chairperson of the Governing Board may designate an employee of AgriSETA to act as executive officer until the executive officer is able to resume his or her, functions.

 

41.3The executive officer must attend all meetings of the Governing Board and the Executive Committee.
