24. Functions

24.1The chairperson must chair all meetings of the Governing Board.

 

24.2The chairperson must perform all functions and duties entrusted to the chairperson by the constitution as well as those that are generally associated with the office of the chairperson.

 

24.3The deputy chairperson must chair meetings of the Governing Board and perform the duties and functions of the chairperson whenever the chairperson is absent or for any reason is unable to perform those functions and duties.
