Chapter Three : Membership of Governing Board

18. Removal from office

18.1        The Governing Board may remove a member for:

18.1.1being absent from three consecutive meetings of the Governing Board without good cause or the prior submission of a written apology;
18.1.2any conduct that may undermine the integrity of AgriSETA or which may bring AgriSETA or any of its members into disrepute;
18.1.3serious misconduct;
18.1.4any violation of the Code of Conduct contemplated in clause 44; or
18.1.5any material violation of this constitution.
