15. Voting

15.1The CETA shall endeavour to take decisions by consensus, however, in the event of this not being possible the decision of the majority of members at a quorate meeting will constitute the decision of the CETA save in circumstances involving a decision to amend this Constitution where a two-thirds majority is required. In the case of an equality of votes the Chairperson shall have a casting vote;

 

15.2Decisions shall be made by a show of hands or at the request of a member and concurrence of the Chairperson by way of a secret ballot.
