17. Amendments and Interpretation of Constitution

17.1The Minister after consultation with the Authority may amend this Constitution in the prescribed manner.

 

17.2The Authority may, by resolution of 75% of its members, recommend to the Minister that this constitution be amended in accordance with the resolution.

 

17.3The Authority may by resolution of 75% of its members make a ruling on the interpretation of this constitution.
