32. Taking over administration of Authority

The Minister, in consultation with the Minister of Minerals and Energy, may, after consultation with the National Skills Authority, by notice in the Government Gazette, direct the Director-General of Labour to appoint an administrator to take over the administration of the Authority as contemplated in section 15 of the Act.
