27. Dissolution of Authority and Committees

27.1The Authority may be dissolved by the Minister after consulting the National Skills Authority and the Authority if the Authority is unable to continue to perform its functions.

 

27.2The Authority may at any time dissolve any committee.

 

27.3A committee may at any time dissolve any ad hoc committee or subcommittee established by that committee.
