6.1The CHIETA is made up of:
6.1.1a Governing Board;
6.1.2an Executive Committee;
6.1.3an Audit Committee;
6.1.4a Joint Stakeholder Forum;
6.1.5Regional Co-ordinating Committees;
6.1.6a Secretariat; and
6.1.7Chambers, as set out in Annexure "D".
