(1) | A juristic person or entity that makes a donation to a political party, or aggregated donations which together exceed the disclosure threshold in any financial year must make the disclosure required in terms of section 9(2) in a form substantially similar to PPR5. |
(2) | The duly authorised representative of the juristic person or entity must submit a completed form substantially similar to PPR5 within 30 days of making the donation that exceeds the disclosure threshold or from the date that the aggregate of donations exceed the threshold. |
(3) | The Commission must keep a record of the disclosures made in terms of this regulation and make them publicly available in accordance with Regulation 7. |
