Plant Improvement Act, 2018 (Act No. 11 of 2018)

An applicant whose application has been registered in terms of section 30 may, at any time before or after the approval of the variety, apply in the prescribed manner to the Registrar for an amendment of that application, subject to the approval of the Registrar and upon payment of the prescribed fee, if the amendment does not affect the description of the variety which is the subject of the application.
