PROCLAMATION

President of the Republic of South Africa

Under section 62 of the Nursing Act, 2005, 1 hereby determine 17 March 2008 as the date on which, to the extent indicated below, the following sections of the said Act shall come into effect:

Sections 32 to 36, 38 to 39 and 41 to 57.
