Nursing Act, 2005 (Act No. 33 of 2005)

Every vacancy on the Council arising from a circumstance referred to in section 7 or 8 and every vacancy caused by the death of a member must be filled by appointment by the Minister in terms of section 5(2), and every member so appointed must hold office for the unexpired portion of the period for which the vacating member was appointed.
