In this Regulations, any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act shall have that meaning and unless the context indicates otherwise—

"the Act"

means the Dental Technicians Act, 19 of 1979; and

"owner of a dental laboratory"

means the legal owner of a dental laboratory and shall include the person who is in charge of such dental laboratory or who conducts or supervises such dental laboratory.

"the Regulations"

means the Regulations relating to the Registration of Dental Laboratories and Related Matters, published under Government Notice No. R. 308 of 26 February 1982, as amended by Government Notices Nos.
