6. Management and Administration

6.1The fund shall be managed and administered by a financial services provider registered with the Financial Services.

 

6.2The Board of trustees shall have the power to make rules for the management and administration of the fund, and may at any time as it deems fit make new rules or alter or repeal any existing rules.
