(1)The Dental Mechanicians Board established by section 2 of the Dental Mechanicians Act, 1945 (Act No. 30 of 1945), shall, notwithstanding the repeal of that Act by this Act, continue to exist and to be a juristic person, but shall as from the commencement of this Act be called "The South African Dental Technicians Council".

 

(2)The head office of the council shall be situated at Pretoria, but may, with the consent of the Minister, be moved to any other place in the Republic.
