Co-operatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005) > Chapter 3 : Membership of Co-operatives

The Minister must, by notice in the Gazette, determine the—

(a)	form, manner and time period for the annual submission of information to the registrar regarding the—

(i)	membership of the co-operative;

(ii)	members of the co-operative; and

(iii)

the nature and value of the contribution made by each member to the co-operative; and

(b)	annual fees payable to the registrar by different categories of co-operatives.
