(a) | The designated social worker must where it is suspected that a crime was committed in relation to a child, report the matter to a police official; and |
(b) | where applicable refer the child to— |
(i) | the relevant health services institution; |
(ii) | the relevant psycho-social service provider; or |
(iii) | any other suitable person for further assessment and intervention, utilising a referral form identical to Form 38E. |
