Sequestration

22.1A member whose estate has been finally sequestrated shall notify the society forthwith in writing, and furnish the Council with a copy of the application for his or her sequestration or voluntary surrender as well as a copy of the relevant court order and the name of his or her trustee or provisional trustee.

 

22.2A member whose estate has been finally sequestrated shall not practise for his or her own account unless he or she has a separate business banking account, save with the express consent of the Council on such terms and conditions as the Council may deem appropriate.

 

22.3A member shall be guilty of unprofessional or dishonourable or unworthy conduct if he or she fails to comply with the provisions of rules 22.1 and 22.2.
